Rajshahi University's Unnamed Thoroughfares

Fifty-five years of Rajshahi University but its streets and roads are still unnamed. This one, the longest and widest straight road, probably a kilometre in length, was (ten years ago) a beautiful, shady, leafy avenue. Today it is still leafy but not quite as good looking because the trees on either side are dying and -- of course -- are not being looked after. I have often thought it should be named Bishwabidyalay Sarani or University Avenue, and both Bangla and English names should be official ones.

Regards. This is Titas. May I Communicate with you through this site? I'm sorry for not commenting on the topic, but the site has made me nostalgic. If you allow, I'll be much greatful.

Regards. Please help me by suggesting some books on Silas Marner. Nothing significant is available to me. I feel lost. Titas.
